📋 Description

‱ Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and messaging) to B2B prospects ‱ Identify and qualify potential clients within target markets ‱ Perform basic consultative discovery calls to understand client needs and requirements ‱ Present product offerings and value propositions tailored to business clients ‱ Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team ‱ Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture relationships with prospects ‱ Track outreach activities and manage lead information (no specific CRM required) ‱ Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven experience as an SDR, Appointment Setter, or B2B Sales Representative ‱ Experience in B2B outreach and lead generation ‱ Ability to conduct consultative conversations and identify client needs ‱ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ‱ Highly organized and results-driven ‱ Comfortable working within the AU timezone ‱ Ability to work independently in a remote setup ‱ Experience in food distribution, FMCG, or related industries is a plus
