📋 Description

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that supports ABM campaigns, demand generation, and brand awareness goals. • Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing priorities and pillar content themes. • Partner with the marketing team to ensure messaging reflects our three uniques: deep technical expertise, consistency/reliability, and relationship-based service. • Repurpose long-form or pillar content (webinars, articles, videos, etc.) into bite-sized, visual, or interactive formats (e.g., quote graphics, carousels, short-form videos). • Write compelling copy that turns complex topics into clear, approachable insights. • Coordinate with design resources to develop engaging visuals and motion assets. • Foster genuine engagement by prompting discussion, encouraging comments, and building relationships with followers. • Collaborate with sales to create easy-to-share content and posting kits for their personal LinkedIn activity. • Track and report on monthly social performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). • Use insights to refine content continually and engagement strategies. • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead of best practices. • Manage or support paid social campaigns, including retargeting and ABM ad programs (AdRoll, RollWorks, or similar platforms).

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B social media management, ideally in financial services, accounting, or professional services. • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, accessible content. • Demonstrated success driving engagement and community growth across LinkedIn and other platforms. • Familiarity with ABM principles, including account engagement tracking and alignment with sales. • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. • Experience with social selling, employee advocacy, or thought leadership enablement is a plus. • Experience running social or retargeting ads (AdRoll, RollWorks, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus, but not required.
