It operates the careers portal and hiring processes for multiple localized online shops (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands), supporting teams across logistics, software, customer service, content, marketing and HR. The unit focuses on employer branding, candidate experience, and internal hiring practices that promote long‑term employment, flexible work and employee development within the beauty e‑commerce business.

📋 Description

• Further development and modernization of our in-house e-commerce platform (legacy .NET → modern stack) • Implement new features: product catalog, payment and shipping integrations, campaign and discount logic • Actively contribute to the stack migration toward modern frontend frameworks (React / Vue) • Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into existing and new modules • Analyze and optimize existing modules: performance, maintainability, usability • Plan and execute deployments including version control and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of legacy .NET — you know how these systems work, can identify what should be retained, and what should be replaced • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, especially stored procedures and T-SQL • Confident with HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript/jQuery • Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development — you are willing to use Claude Code as a primary implementation tool and know how to use it effectively • You think in systems and architectures, not just lines of code • Structured, analytical mindset and an independent working style • Good German or English skills (at least B2) — we also work in Russian; multilingual candidates are welcome
