📋 Description

• Drive generative and agentic AI initiatives from ideation through deployment • Develop robust, scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with the platform • Work on text-generation tasks using agentic RAG, semantic similarity, and classification • Leverage state-of-the-art AI models and evaluate LLMs • Integrate language models into the platform • Orchestrate AI agents • Integrate GenAI models and agentic workflows with a focus on efficiency, security, and performance • Apply modern LLMOps practices and TDD • Ensure reliable, maintainable pipelines • Collaborate with Product Management, sustainability experts, and the Engineering team • Translate business requirements into high-performance, AI-powered product features • Integrate machine learning and AI-powered capabilities into the software solution

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience applying Agentic AI and generative AI models such as Gemini, Mistral, Claude, Llama, or similar models, particularly for text-based tasks • Experience with Vertex AI is a plus • Expert-level TypeScript skills • Experience integrating language models into production systems, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security • Expertise in Python is a plus, but not required • Experience building server-side components in TypeScript or Python • Understanding of client-server architecture • Experience with Angular and Nest.js is ideal • Knowledge of CI/CD practices, ideally with GitHub • Proven experience implementing AI in B2B SaaS applications • Deep understanding of security, data privacy, and performance tuning for machine learning and GenAI in cloud environments • Proficient in applying GenAI and AI agents • Understanding of advanced text generation, summarization, and other generative tasks for sustainability data • Willingness and ability to collaborate, participate in pair programming, and prioritize high-quality work through peer code reviews • Proactive and adaptable • Fluent in English
