• Brainstorm, outline, QA, and deliver high-quality legal compliance courses efficiently • Ensure legal compliance courses meet federal and state regulatory standards as defined by our legal experts • Partner with Legal teams to ensure all content is accurate and up to date • Innovate new ways to improve course creation through AI-driven workflows and automation • Create AI-assisted processes to accelerate content production (e.g.prompt libraries, templates) • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to refine authoring tools and internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in creating compliance training (such as OSHA, workplace safety, data privacy) • Proven experience translating regulatory requirements into relatable training • Experience working with legal teams or compliance stakeholders • High comfort with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar) • Track record of optimizing workflows using AI to improve quality, speed, or scalability • Strong written communication, instructional design, and attention to detail • Experience with course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline/360 Learning
