📋 Description
• You answer user questions about sports, recovery & sleep via chat. • You support day-to-day operations of our digital processes (online courses, app). • You handle the setup and maintenance of our course and app content in our systems. • You consolidate recurring user feedback from the chat and relay structured improvement suggestions to the team. • You assist with quality assurance of our digital content.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong attention to detail: you have high quality standards and an eye for detail. • You work independently, are organized and take ownership — you are "on it". • You enjoy interacting with users via chat. • You speak German at a native level. • You are studying sports science, physiotherapy, psychology, communications, or a related field. • Bonus: prior experience in operations or chat support.
