📋 Description
• Perform end-to-end testing of our human to AI interactions and experiences • Conduct tests in both English and Spanish • Validate AI fitment clarification behavior • Examine call transcripts and logs, generating clear and actionable defect reports • Support catalog quality initiatives to resolve data content issues impacting fitment and lookup accuracy
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish • Strong automotive parts and fitment knowledge from supply chain or repair service experience • Familiarity with automotive catalog concepts and/or Auto Care ACES/PIES • Experience in structured Quality Assurance testing • Strong communication skills and follow-through with product, engineering, and operations teams
