📋 Description

• Own product direction and execution for key areas of the Caramel Dealer platform • Improve dealer workflows across financing applications, paperwork, title, resubmissions, operational handoffs, and transaction completion • Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase dealer adoption, retention, transaction completion, and operational efficiency • Translate dealer pain points into clear product plans • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Dealer Services, Operations, and Business teams • Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, risks, and outcomes clearly to cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience building software products • Experience leading product areas end to end, from discovery and prioritization through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement • Strong product judgment • Experience partnering closely with Engineering on APIs, integrations, data flows • Strong analytical skills • Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with distributed teams
