📋 Description

• Full ownership of account management and strategic development for existing clients in the Amazon and mail-order pharmacy (pharmaceutical e‑commerce) sectors • Planning, management and optimization of Retail Media strategies, including campaign briefings, monitoring, reporting and deriving actionable recommendations • Close collaboration with Advertising, Content, Operations and BI teams • Identification and development of growth opportunities, e.g. cross‑ and upselling potential and performance improvements • Independent organization of timelines and preparation of client meetings • Participation in internal knowledge sessions, project reviews and industry updates

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in online marketing, e‑commerce, Retail Media or account management • Experience in project management and an interest in data‑driven marketing and performance optimization • Good knowledge of online advertising, ideally with Amazon experience • Analytical mindset, structured way of working and enthusiasm for learning new tools • Very good German (at least C1) and good English skills • Confident and professional manner when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders • Proficient use of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
