📋 Description
• Conduct site reconnaissance, interviews, and independent research • Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation • Travel on short notice
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field • 3-5+ years of professional experience in engineering and due diligence consulting • Experience with ASTM E1527 ESAs and ASTM E2018 PCAs required • Comfortable with travel and field assessments
