📋 Description

• Identify, structure, and validate new business models—from initial idea to a robust operating setup • Analyze, model, and validate business cases and ideas • Develop MVPs, test hypotheses in the market, and continuously optimize them • Establish initial processes, acquire customers, and test marketing campaigns • Drive ventures toward early traction • Prepare successful models for scaling or spinout • Optionally take on a venture as a co-founder and lead it over the long term • Participate in an introductory call, Big Five assessment, partner calls, case study, and reference checks as part of the selection process

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building projects, startups, or new business units • Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset combined with excellent execution skills • Ability to move quickly from concept to execution • High degree of self-motivation and ownership • Excellent communication skills • Openness to different industries and business models, including traditional markets • Fluent in German and English
