📋 Description

• Provide support for Oracle environments related to Procurement processes • Provide functional support for the PO (Purchasing), RI (Receiving), and INV (Inventory) modules of Oracle EBS, as well as Oracle Procurement Cloud • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents, problems, and enhancement requests • Perform functional configurations and parameter settings • Assist users with the use of and troubleshooting of purchasing, receiving, and inventory processes • Participate in gathering and understanding new requirements • Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams when necessary • Execute functional tests and support user acceptance testing processes • Contribute to the continuous improvement of clients’ Procurement processes

🎯 Requirements

• Functional experience with Oracle Procurement • Knowledge of the PO (Purchasing), RI (Receiving), and INV (Inventory) modules of Oracle EBS • Knowledge of Oracle Procurement Cloud • Experience with application support, functional support, and user assistance • Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, and materials management processes • Experience with configuration, incident analysis, and functional testing • Strong analytical and communication skills • English proficiency • Spanish proficiency • Oracle Procurement certifications • Experience with projects or environments involving Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud • Experience supporting multiple clients • Analytical, problem-solving mindset • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive and self-directed approach to responsibilities • Organized and results-oriented • Commitment to high-quality customer service
