📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery of software initiatives • Build and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and release roadmaps • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and milestones • Track and communicate project status, risks, and delivery confidence • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives • Act as a servant leader, fostering trust, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement • Identify and remove team impediments and support teams through delivery challenges • Act as the primary delivery point of contact for stakeholders across Product, Engineering, QA, IT Solutions, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, leading software development projects • Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and Agile methodologies • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation • PMP or Agile-related certification preferred (PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
