📋 Description

• Processing incoming and outgoing invoices (accounts payable & receivable), payment matching • Preparing and registering payments • Supporting VAT registration by ensuring correct VAT coding and documentation • Maintaining accurate records in our accounting software • General administrative support for contracts and finance-related documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken) • 1–2 years of relevant accounting or administrative experience • Basic but applied knowledge of accounting principles • Understanding of VAT principles is strongly preferred, if possible EU VAT principles • Familiarity with Exact Online or similar accounting software is a plus • Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn digital tools • Proficient in English language • Eager to learn and motivated to build a career in accounting • Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented • Able to work independently while being a strong team player in a remote setting • Curious about digital tools and willing to support process automation • Committed, reliable, and proactive in supporting the finance team • Discreet, able to handle confidential information
