📋 Description

• Perform system studies on electrical distribution, generation, and transmission systems • Direct other engineers on a project-by-project basis • Perform short circuit calculations, overcurrent coordination, load flow, and arc flash analyses • Discuss and meet with customers to ensure system studies are completed on time • Perform simulations related to harmonics, transients, and stability • Create detailed and accurate customer reports with clear conclusions and recommendations • Minor travel to customer’s site (5-15%)

🎯 Requirements

• EI or EIT Certification and desire to obtain PE license • 6+ years of experience in power systems analysis and project management preferred • Experience in industrial or utility distribution and transmission analysis, substation design, electrical power system protection and control, and Arc Flash analysis • Skill in using engineering analysis software such as SKM, ETAP, EasyPower, EDSA, Windmil, PSPICE, or similar applications • Strong verbal and written communication skills
