📋 Description
• Manage the achievement of ECIC’s Strategic Impact goals through project management. • Supervise Administrative Coordinator(s) on the Strategic Impact team. • Develop and oversee the implementation of detailed project plans. • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and third parties. • Track, measure, and analyze project progress and performance. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Develop program-specific materials to support fund development and marketing efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. • Five (5) years of work experience, including at least three (3) years leading large scale programs or projects; one (1) year of supervisory experience preferred. • PMP, PgMP, CAPM and/or comparable project management certifications preferred. • Highly skilled in Microsoft 365 applications – Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. • Highly skilled in using data management software and systems including CRMs. • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills. • Possession of a valid driver’s license and vehicle or other ability of travel throughout Michigan, including overnight travel.
