📋 Description
• Conducting hearings; • Drafting defenses/answers, appeals and pleadings of high, medium and low complexity; • Settlement negotiations; • Case monitoring and management; • Updating internal and client systems; • Internal audits and audits at the client's request; • Assessment of appealability.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (completed); • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Experience in all stages of litigation; • Civil litigation experience preferred; • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
