📋 Description

• Contacts student loan borrowers throughout loan lifecycle to discuss their ability to repay student loans and offer options. • Makes outbound calls to students and references to counsel them on options to manage student loans. • Communicates with borrowers by telephone, mail and/or email to inform them of their responsibilities and consequences of default. • Maintains clear, concise and accurate documentation of borrower accounts. • Maintains current knowledge of laws and regulations affecting repayment of student loans. • Updates loan status on system of record. • Participates in work group activities to solve problems or improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • 1+ year of office/business, clerical or customer service experience • 1 year of call center experience (preferred) • 1 year of financial industry experience, including student loans, collections and/or banking (preferred) • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
