📋 Description
• You’ll be the go-to person for all things automotive in our Thermal Ceramics Division. • That means setting the strategy, leading global efforts, and making sure we’re delivering value to customers. • You’ll work with commercial and operational teams across the world. • You’ll have the backing of our innovation centre to bring new ideas to life.
🎯 Requirements
• You've led commercial efforts in the automotive space and lived to tell the tale • You know how to influence without direct authority – and get results • You've worked directly with OEMs and Tier 1s for at least 5 years • You understand strategy, sales models, and how to build a value proposition • You're comfortable managing senior relationships and navigating complex organisations • You've got a degree in business or something similar (bonus points for a master’s)
