• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research • Collect data using various methods (e.g. desktop research, interviews, surveys) • Draft and present findings in presentations and reports • Coordinate inputs from co-workers and external contractors • Devise strategies and interventions based on situation analysis • Schedule, attend and contribute to meetings • Support tender preparation and project-related marketing campaigns • Maintain assignment (project) filing • Contribute to E Co’s strategic initiatives
• Postgraduate degree and an outstanding academic record • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience • An MS Excel / Google Sheets expert • Sound knowledge and experience of energy access and/or climate mitigation / resilience sectors • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic and open • Exceptional attention to detail • Effective time management skills • Highly conversant with Internet and office applications • Fluency in English • Fluency in another language (including French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Serbian / Croatian, Arabic, Turkish, Chinese)
