📋 Description

• Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our project team, working on a critical product used in 35+ countries • Initially hands-on, then transition into team lead, mentoring a team of five • Guide technical decisions, mentor team, unblock progress with strong full-stack skills • Play a key role in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and ensuring deliverables meet technical and business requirements • Key Responsibilities: Experience mentoring and leading a team of full-stack engineers; Deep JavaScript and TypeScript expertise, with hands-on Node.js and React experience; You have built full-stack applications, backend data layers to polished user interfaces; A background in secure application development, with knowledge of OWASP Top 10 best practices; Experience designing and architecting technical solutions; Ability to navigate complex systems and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience mentoring and leading a team of full-stack engineers • Deep JavaScript and TypeScript expertise, with hands-on Node.js and React experience • You have built full-stack applications, backend data layers to polished user interfaces • A background in secure application development, with knowledge of OWASP Top 10 best practices • Experience designing and architecting technical solutions • Ability to navigate complex systems and requirements • Familiarity with AngularJS 1.x or Angular 12+ (experience with migrations a plus) • Experience with mobile app development (Ionic Framework) • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps principles (AWS preferred) • Experience with real-time, offline-first, or GIS/mapping applications • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., CouchDB, PouchDB)
