📋 Description

• Create and publish content across Ecosia’s social channels • Write captions and adapt creative assets • Develop original social content ideas • Shape and manage the social calendar • Keep channels active, consistent, and responsive to current events • Collaborate with social and creative teams to turn ideas and raw assets into effective content • Build community relationships by responding to users across social channels and the email help line • Escalate product issues and bring user feedback back to the team • Use social trends, audience insights, and performance data to improve content and social strategy • Learn Ecosia’s brand, audiences, and channels before taking on greater content-production responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• About 2 years of social media management experience • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, formats, and social aesthetics • Experience developing content ideas and working with creatives • Ability to manage a social calendar, publishing schedule, and multiple channels • Advanced English copywriting skills • Well-developed sense of brand, tone, and voice • Curiosity, collaboration, openness to testing ideas, and learning from performance • Interest in climate and environmental issues and the role brands can play in positive change • Portfolio link or at least 5 links to posts worked on • Must be based in a CE(S)T +/- 2 hours location for remote EOR candidacy • Visa/work-permit status information required during application
