📋 Description

• Defining and driving the e-archiving product strategy, roadmap and delivery priorities • Translating country-specific legal and compliance requirements into clear product capabilities • Owning discovery with customers, Legal, Operations, Engineering and external partners • Shaping the integration, migration approach, monitoring needs and operational workflows • Prioritizing build vs. partner decisions and making trade-offs transparent • Leading delivery with Engineering while keeping scope focused and outcomes measurable • Establishing product documentation, decision records, and handover material for internal teams • Owning & tracking adoption, quality, reliability, compliance readiness and commercial success after launch

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior product ownership or management roles, ideally in Enterprise B2B SaaS, compliance-heavy, accounting or platform products • A proven ability to structure ambiguous regulatory and complex technical problems into a clear & actionable requirements & roadmaps • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Engineering, Legal, Operations, and customer-facing teams • A good technical understanding of APIs, data retention policies, auditability, and enterprise-level workflows • A clear communication style combined with strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills • A strong bias toward pragmatic execution without ever losing sight of long-term product success • Fluency in English
