📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the technical and operational implementation of the three-year roadmap • Shape the mid- and long-term technology and automation strategy in collaboration with the part-time CTO • Make well-founded make-or-buy decisions and plan the transition from no-code to proprietary systems • Provide technical leadership to the IT team member and define tactics for day-to-day operations • Continuously improve internal IT processes and support complex troubleshooting and failure analysis • Provide operational support in day-to-day business and independently complete tasks as needed • Optimize no-code automation platforms, data entry tools, and the company’s ERP system • Define data structures and prepare the tech stack for IT audits, ERP integrations, and AI integrations • Introduce best practices for no-code and software development • Set up development and staging environments, error handling, automated error monitoring, tracking, and comprehensive documentation • Conduct technical reviews and provide high-quality test data and test environments • Design sustainable solutions, standardized data models, and protocols • Advise Product Owners, Business Development, and implementation teams • Support or lead complex and business-critical implementations • Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of stalled data flows, API limits, and errors in tool interfaces • Develop sustainable solutions and guide troubleshooting efforts

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a strategic, technical, or leadership IT/Operations role • Experience in a startup environment • Expert knowledge of a no-code platform, such as n8n or Make • Knowledge of webhooks, API integrations, error handling, complex data operations, and asynchronous event-driven architectures • Detailed understanding of relational database structures • Experience with PHP and JavaScript • Strong root cause analysis and analytical skills • Strategic thinker with a hands-on operational mindset • Enjoyment of knowledge sharing, mentoring, and the structured development of early-career talent • Passion for sustainability and willingness to help shape the mission
