📋 Description

• We are looking for a Marketing Specialist Eastern Europe (m/f/d) to join our EMEA Marketing team. • In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and localizing marketing initiatives across Eastern European markets. • You will ensure strong brand presence, effective retail activations, and measurable business growth in cooperation with our sales and channel partners. • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including creating assets, content, graphics, and promotional materials. • Develop tailored marketing assets for e-tail, retail and do-it-yourself stores. • Help to manage the company's digital presence, including local transcreations for website, social media, and e-tail customers. • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and product documentation. • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, as well as product launches. • Create briefings, ensure a high-quality project management and reporting. • Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project schedules.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Communication-oriented collaboration style. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. • Familiarity with common marketing tools. • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Fluency in English is required; fluency in an Eastern European language (e.g. Polish) is a strong advantage.
