📋 Description
• Lead the implementation of digital worker voice programs • Train and provide technical support to suppliers • Manage grievance cases • Maintain regular communication with supplier management • Gather feedback from clients and suppliers
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in social compliance or labor rights • Knowledge of supply chains and ethical sourcing • 5+ years of experience in the global supply chain industry • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese • Based in Brazil (required)
