📋 Description
• Collaborates with the ECS quality team to accurately review medical records to abstract relevant data • Assures electronic data elements are verified for accuracy • Reviews medical records to abstract relevant data for eligible patients
🎯 Requirements
• Clinical chart review experience required – one-year minimum • Working knowledge of medical terminology • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare field or equivalent combination of education and experience
