📋 Description

• Support the IT support team in daily operations (1st and 2nd level support) • Receive and process support requests via email and ticketing system • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software • Analyze and resolve issues in collaboration with experienced colleagues • Document IT processes and support cases • Assist with internal IT projects and rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems • Interest in networking technologies, cloud services, and IT security • Previous experience in IT support is an advantage but not required • Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and strong problem-solving skills • Team spirit, excellent communication skills, and enjoyment of working with people
