📋 Description

• School finance specialist position ideal for applying accounting and finance skills. • Support schools with day-to-day operations and drive strategic decisions. • Manage full-cycle accounting and compliance aspects for schools. • Close the books monthly/quarterly/annually and prepare financial statements. • Project manage schools’ annual fiscal audit and serve as primary contact. • Invest in and support EdOps team members for internal growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organization and time management skills. • Intermediate Excel knowledge. • Direct work experience and/or degree in finance or accounting or related field. • Strong quantitative analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to collaborate with people at every level of an organization. • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Intacct or Blackbaud. • General comfort with technology systems.
