📋 Description

• Analyze parts and materials consumption by customer/fleet, identifying patterns, deviations and optimization opportunities; • Identify and quantify opportunities to reduce maintenance costs, proposing structured and measurable actions; • Evaluate purchasing strategies (spot purchases vs. contracts) and recommend the best approach based on risk analysis and cost-benefit considerations; • Perform make-or-buy analyses for critical components, considering internal capacity, quality and financial impact; • Monitor market price variations for parts and services, anticipating impacts and proposing alternatives; • Prepare and maintain ABC curves for materials to prioritize efforts and support strategic inventory management; • Propose component and part standardizations to reduce complexity, inventory costs and maintenance time; • Analyze warranty and supplier replacement policies to ensure maximum utilization of contractual benefits; • Support commercial negotiations with suppliers through technical analyses, benchmarking and consumption data; • Perform detailed maintenance cost analysis per vehicle/fleet, identifying consumption outliers and investigating root causes; • Prepare TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) reports to support acquisition, renewal and fleet management decisions; • Assess the economic feasibility of reconditioning versus replacing components and equipment; • Analyze and propose policies for critical parts inventory, balancing availability and capital tie-up costs; • Conduct benchmarking of parts and service prices to ensure competitiveness and identify market gaps; • Perform cost-benefit analyses of different maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective); • Provide technical support in the preparation of annual maintenance budgets based on historical data and projections; • Develop, monitor and present maintenance and cost indicators (KPIs) for internal areas and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields; • Solid experience in cost management, procurement, controllership or financial areas with a focus on KPI analysis; prior experience with fleet management or asset maintenance is a plus; • Strong knowledge of cost analysis and pricing; • Experience in supply management and sourcing strategies; • Proficiency with financial analysis tools and investment evaluation methodologies; • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, financial modeling) and Power BI for building dashboards and management reports; • Strong financial analysis skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights; • Strategic mindset to connect operational analyses to business objectives; • Negotiation skills and clear communication to interact with suppliers, clients and internal teams; • Results-oriented profile, proactive and able to handle multiple concurrent demands.
