📋 Description

• Plan and schedule spare parts demand for preventive maintenance • Ensure the right materials are available at the appropriate time for maintenance interventions • Serve as a strategic link between the maintenance plan and the supply chain • Define inventory parameters • Distribute parts kits • Ensure alignment between maintenance windows and material availability • Monitor performance indicators related to material availability and inventory accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production/Industrial Engineering, or related fields • Prior experience in fleet maintenance or supply chain/materials management • Technical knowledge of parts and components used in fleet maintenance • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a plus) • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and maintenance plans • Skill in data analysis and maintenance KPIs to support decision-making • Good communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams (Maintenance, Operations, Procurement) • Agile, proactive, and results-oriented profile, with decision-making ability in dynamic environments • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple concurrent demands
