• Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s enterprise risk management framework • Develop and manage the company’s comprehensive construction and operational insurance programs • Optimize insurance structures to balance cost, risk transfer, and retained risk across the portfolio • Lead annual insurance renewals, underwriting submissions, and program marketing efforts • Analyze loss trends and implement risk mitigation strategies to improve risk performance and reduce total cost of risk • Structure, negotiate, and manage corporate surety programs • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of OCIP programs • Evaluate, design, and implement a captive insurance program • Establish and manage a contractor prequalification and risk assessment program • Manage multiple broker, carrier, and underwriter relationships • Develop and maintain risk reporting frameworks for executive leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field • 10+ years of experience in risk management, insurance, or construction risk • 7+ years of team management experience • Direct experience with: • Large-scale construction projects • OCIP/CCIP program design and execution • Surety program management • Complex insurance program placement • Deep understanding of construction and operational insurance programs • Experience with captive insurance structures and alternative risk financing • Strong knowledge of surety underwriting and bonding structures • Familiarity with contractor risk assessment methodologies
