📋 Description
• Design and develop new layouts that are visually appealing and user-friendly. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with our brand identity. • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights. • Optimize web pages for search engines to improve organic search rankings. • Regularly update blog posts, success cases, and product portfolio content. Collaborate with content creators to maintain a consistent voice and tone. • Manage website projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and successful projects. • Hands-on experience with WordPress or HTML, including theme customization and plugin management. • Deep understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to integrate SEO strategies into design and content. • Expert in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Dreamweaver) and familiarity with other relevant tools (Sketch, Figma). • Proficient in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback to drive design decisions. • Up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements in the industry. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional multicultural teams. • Strong project management skills, adept at coordinating timelines, and working collaboratively with different teams to ensure project goals are achieved. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback. • Nice to have: Fluency in Spanish.
