📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates, including designers and product managers, to develop and implement end-to-end solutions • Contribute to and lead technical discussions, valuing diverse perspectives for critical decision-making that drives product development • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards • Mentor team members, sharing your knowledge and contributing to their professional growth, and helping instill React best practices • Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback, fostering continuous improvement and a culture of learning • Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and product quality through automated testing, runtime instrumentation, and close partnership with product and QA

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of frontend (or fullstack, frontend-leaning) development experience • Attention to detail, passion, and the ability to balance accuracy and velocity, where user trust hinges on data reliability • Proficiency in our tech stack (React and Typescript) • Empathy for the user experience and product quality • Experience working with agile, collaborative teams • The ability to thrive in a remote-first culture • Proficiency in our backend tech stack (Node.js, Postgres, and AWS) (Nice to Have) • Experience working with Redux, Tanstack Query, or other data libraries (Nice to Have)
