📋 Description
• Take ownership of the order journey from procurement to delivery • Maintain documentation with proof uploads and time-stamped notes • Verify data to fill gaps before completion • Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at every stage • Identify and resolve team bottlenecks proactively • Collaborate with finance and customer support for discrepancies and delays • Report system issues for prompt fixes • Provide clear shift handovers with necessary logs
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years in operations, order management, or a related field • Attention to detail and accuracy • Clear communication skills • Ownership mentality • Comfort with order management systems • Availability for shift work
