• Take on interim HR mandates for SMEs, start-ups, scale-ups, and corporate spin-offs as an Interim or Outsourced HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Head of HR • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through performance management, personnel administration, and People Operations to offboarding and employment law matters • Implement and configure HR software solutions, from requirements analysis through go-live • Advise clients on selecting and introducing HR tools and platforms, and conduct training sessions • Analyze, design, and optimize HR processes and implement them operationally with clients • Advise on HR strategy projects, organizational development, change processes, and compensation and benefits matters • Communicate with executive management, managers, and employees as a trusted HR contact • Prepare HR documentation, process manuals, decision papers, and project reports • Apply project experience to the ongoing development of consulting methods and tools
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a generalist HR role • University degree in business administration, psychology, human resources management, or a comparable field of study • Experience as the sole HR professional or in a small team with a high degree of autonomy • Broad expertise across the full HR spectrum: People Operations, recruiting, personnel administration, employment law, HR strategy, and organizational development • Proven experience implementing and configuring HR software, ideally Personio • Ability to analyze, establish, and optimize HR processes in a structured manner • Sound knowledge of employment law across the DACH region • Confident in dealing with executive management and managers, with a trustworthy approach to employees • Ability to reliably manage multiple client projects in parallel • Excellent command of MS Office; Google Workspace is a plus • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus • Residing and working in Switzerland with the appropriate residence and work permits
