📋 Description

• Independently manage recruitment assignments for SMEs, start-ups, and scale-ups—from requirements analysis through to successful placement • Advise clients on job titles, job descriptions, recruiting strategies, channel selection, and market positioning • Conduct active searches using LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI-powered sourcing tools • Identify and proactively approach suitable candidates • Conduct screening calls and qualifying first-round interviews in German and English, and ideally French • Manage candidate communications, including scheduling, candidate relationship management, and process coordination in the ATS • Create job descriptions, develop posting strategies, and manage their operational implementation • Prepare project documentation, screening forms, candidate reports, and client documentation • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients’ hiring managers and recruiters as needed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting • University degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field • Experience recruiting for technical, functional, sales, and marketing positions • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruiting and the ability to independently manage recruitment assignments • Excellent active-search skills and extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience with AI-powered sourcing tools is a plus • Experience with various ATS/recruiting software systems, such as Personio or SuccessFactors • Strong technical affinity and openness to new tools, automation, and AI-supported workflows • High productivity, efficiency, and organizational skills, along with quick comprehension and a strong understanding of processes • Confident, consultative communication with clients and hiring managers • Fluent in German and English; French language skills are a major plus • Residing and working in Switzerland, with the appropriate residence and work authorization
