📋 Description

• deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five (5) or more hours per day • use student performance data to personalize instruction and adapt your approach • provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work and maintain accurate records • build genuine relationships with students and families through professional communication • collaborate with school partners and Edmentum colleagues for consistent, high-quality student support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field and an active state teaching license in Minnesota, and/or New Jersey in CTE-Computer Science grades 6-12 • experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings • comfortable with the unique demands of a live online classroom • confident and engaging on camera, able to teach live for five (5) or more consecutive hours per day • hands-on experience with online learning platforms, virtual instruction tools, and standard productivity software • data-informed: able to read student performance data and use it to adjust live instruction • excellent communication skills, in writing and verbally • highly organized and self-directed, with time management skills to manage a full student caseload • committed to your own professional growth, maintaining certification and staying current on K-12 curriculum, technology, and best practices • integrity, warmth, and a deep belief that every student can succeed
