📋 Description

• Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five or more hours per day • Use student performance data to personalize instruction and identify learning gaps • Provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work and maintain accurate records • Build genuine relationships with students and families through professional communication • Collaborate with school partners and Edmentum colleagues for consistent support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field and an active state teaching license in Washington, Oregon, and/or Colorado in Social Studies/Social Science grades 6-12 • Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings • Comfortable with the unique demands of a live online classroom • Confident and engaging on camera, able to teach live for five or more consecutive hours per day • Hands-on experience with online learning platforms, virtual instruction tools, and standard productivity software • Data-informed: ability to read student performance data and adjust live instruction • Excellent communicator in writing and verbally • Highly organized and self-directed • Commitment to professional growth and staying current on K-12 curriculum and best practices • Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs
