• You support our marketing team in expanding our presence on education/continuing-education portals and partner platforms. • Together with the team, you develop, maintain and optimize our data feeds — including quality checks, matching logic and ongoing improvements. • You help increase our visibility and reach on connected portals. • You actively contribute to lead generation via external platforms and bring your own ideas to improve performance. • You analyze KPIs, conversion funnels and portal performance — and share your insights with the team to enable data-driven decisions. • You assist with testing & troubleshooting when there are challenges in feeds, tracking or portal setup. • Together with the team, you create reports & dashboards that provide transparency and facilitate portal development. • You support the onboarding of new portals and work closely with Marketing, Product & IT. • You contribute to benchmarking and the optimization of external channels — similar to affiliate/channel management.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of data • Experience working with KPIs, performance metrics and conversion-funnel analyses • Basic technical understanding of websites, tracking codes, interfaces & feed structures • Confident handling of large datasets (Excel, Google Sheets; databases are an advantage) • Ability to prepare complex data in an understandable way and present it to the team • Strong presentation skills and proficient with common online tools • Experience with data feeds, marketplace/portal management or affiliate/channel management is a plus • Structured, reliable and independent working style
