📋 Description

• Education Perfect is an EdTech platform designed to empower educators and amplify their impact in the classroom. • Work on projects that have a real impact on students' lives and have the freedom, support and resources to develop your skills and career. • Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable and maintainable cloud services using C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript and React • Deliver customer value continuously in small, incremental releases to production • Partner with product managers and designers to address open ended customer challenges • Collaborate across teams on larger technical initiatives, architectural improvements and production operations • Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a safe, inclusive and growth-oriented team culture • Contribute to technical decision making, ensuring solutions are aligned with team goals and sound engineering principles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience designing, developing and operating cloud-based software at scale • Strong skills in one or more of the following: C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript, React • Proven track record of delivering secure, high-performance and maintainable systems • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams • Sound technical judgment, balancing trade offs to meet goals and manage risk • Comfortable working in complex, ambiguous environments with inter-team dependencies • Experience working in distributed teams within global engineering organisations • Growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
