📋 Description

• Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with brand tone • Design and integrate motion graphics and VFX to elevate storytelling • Edit 18–20 shorts and 2/3 long-form videos per month • Create content across on-ground reports, visual storytelling, explainer videos, travelling, and events/collaborations • Stay ahead of digital and cultural trends to craft fresh, viral content • Collaborate with creative, editorial, and field production teams • Manage multiple timelines, versions, and deliverables across platforms • Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media formats • Maintain a strong storytelling arc and emotional coherence in every cut

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 Years experience stated in the posting • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics • Strong understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling • Bonus if you have worked with YouTubers, Content Creators, or Filmmakers before • Graduate in any discipline • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, or DaVinci Resolve • Strong grasp of motion graphics, typography, and visual rhythm • Awareness of social media trends and editing aesthetics • Familiarity with sound design, color grading, and export workflows • Passion for filmmaking, storytelling, Indian culture and socio-politics, and visual experimentation • Energetic and self-driven with a “let’s make it happen” mindset • Comfortable working beyond comfort zones and tight deadlines • Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and creative problem-solving
