📋 Description

• You take operational and strategic responsibility for our Shopify store. • You combine brand storytelling with high-converting funnels and turn our webshop into a true conversion engine. • Campaign & peak management: You plan and launch seasonal promotions. • High-converting funnels & LPs: You build tailored post-click funnels and landing pages for our paid marketing campaigns. • Rigorous CRO & A/B testing: You continuously test hypotheses across the entire PDP and checkout journey. • Shop & content excellence: You maintain the frontend to the highest UX and design standards. • KPI ownership & reporting: You know your numbers inside and out.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Shopify experience in D2C/B2C e-commerce • Proven track record: You have actively taken a shop’s performance to the next level • Radical self-organization • AI fluency: You use AI tools as a matter of course in daily work for content, analysis, and speed. • Entrepreneurial mindset • Native German (C2) and business‑fluent English (C1+) combined with strong communication skills
