• First point of contact for our customers in the DACH and UK regions • Professionally respond to inquiries via email and social media • Process returns and payment-related cases • Respond to customer feedback on review platforms • Gain insight into the customer service operations of an internationally growing startup • Support process optimization • Actively contribute to shaping an innovative EdTech product for children.
• Currently enrolled student • Minimum duration of 20 weeks for the compulsory internship (ideally August–December or September–January) • Excellent interpersonal skills • Confident written and verbal communication in German and English • Organized, efficient team player • High attention to detail and a structured working style • Proactive, hands-on mentality; experience or willingness to work in an agile environment
