📋 Description
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. • Perform installations, upgrades, and repairs of IT equipment and systems. • Maintain and monitor systems to ensure optimum performance and security. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance system functionality. • Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and recommendations. • Assist in configuring and testing new technology systems. • Provide training and support for end-users on hardware and software solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Full, clean UK driving license (essential). • Proven experience in a similar technical support role. • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and equipment. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
