📋 Description

• Shape and drive the strategic direction of the organization • Collaborate with the executive team on growth objectives • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics • Refine M&A evaluation framework • Develop and maintain a pipeline of M&A targets • Lead M&A process phases, from evaluation to post-close execution • Provide strategic insights to CEO and executive team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred • 10+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, corporate strategy, or corporate finance • At least 2 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank • Proven track record of successfully leading multiple M&A transactions • Strong, results-driven mindset • Exceptional work ethic and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong quantitative skills and financial modeling experience • In-depth knowledge of the software industry
