📋 Description

• Provide expert-level education on transcatheter therapy, device handling, integration, and troubleshooting • Provide intraoperative case coverage and coordinate ad hoc training sessions and structured in-service education programs • Develop and continuously improve training curricula, materials, and tools based on clinical trial experience • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and staff on investigational products and procedures • Provide follow-up support during commercial procedures to ensure continuity of education and technical support • Provide training and guidance to new Field Clinical Specialists • Plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts • Upsell in key strategic accounts in conjunction with Business Managers • Validate software and hardware updates in the field • Learn products, physiology, anatomy, applications, and market terminology • Monitor clinical support activities, market changes, and assigned accounts • Partner with Territory Managers to support cases and promote Edwards products • Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field • 5+ years of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience • Extensive experience of the cath lab environment or as a scrub nurse for procedures or cardiac sonographer • Training experience in clinical / technical environment preferred (cath lab) • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Adhere to all company rules and requirements, including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety rules • Take adequate control measures to prevent injuries and protect the environment
