📋 Description
• Plan, develop, and execute sponsorship programs from start to finish • Serve as the primary sponsor manager for a specific program or event • Create and develop customized sponsorship packages on behalf of clients • Ensure the fulfillment of all sponsorship needs, including managing logistics and deliverables • Oversee sponsor invoicing, payments, and financial tracking • Manage sponsor programs on-site, including travel to event locations • Conduct final billing reviews with clients as necessary
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 2 – 3 years of customer service experience • Knowledge of tradeshow industry • Knowledge of sponsor management and fulfillment or strong customer service background • Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar applications
