📋 Description
• Manage and supervise the day to day operations of the registration process on specified projects • Administer project budgets on Registration-only projects • Lead the registration group and act as main point of contact for attendees, clients, hotels, and internal team managers • Ensure all facets of registration run flawlessly on-site • Communicate expertly with team members and make decisions for successful events • Oversee complete Registration process of programs for flawless delivery and service • Manage pre-program and on-site registration process • Manage data management within a team dynamic based on event size • Manage vendor relationships and approve registration collateral onsite • Train on-site registration desk staff on database and registration procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • Experience with database systems • Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Minimum 4 – 6 years of Registration event/program management experience • Minimum 2 – 3 years of customer service experience (preferred) • Knowledge of hospitality operations (preferred) • Knowledge of mobile apps and /or event registration systems (preferred) • Knowledge of Registration process for corporate events (preferred)
