📋 Description

• Own key areas of the Cycle Testing Platform • Shape the roadmap, discover customer problems, and guide cross-functional teams • Collaborate with customers, engineers, designers, and testers to define product features • Ensure that every feature makes enterprise testing faster, smarter, and more reliable • Learn the problems our customers and partners face and cultivate domain knowledge • Analyze user analytics to understand user behavior • Test possible solutions and contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Release solutions to customers and administer the release management process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management • 2+ years of experience in software testing practices, specifically in building test automation projects • 2+ years of experience in a product management role or product-related role (business analyst, UX designer, QA lead, or software engineer working closely with customers) • Strong analytical skills, including comfort with metrics, dashboards, and interpreting user data to inform decisions • Empathy for customers and partners with a strong desire to solve the testing challenges they face • Solid communication and documentation skills, including the ability to write clear features, user stories, and other specs • Experience conducting or participating in user research, interviews, and feedback sessions • Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
